Computer at other end saying my United bank debit card has been revoked, press one to provide new info for new card. SPAM!!!! SCAM!!!
called but I did not answer of course from a number that starts out with 0, but looked it up and shows other people getting calls and that it is a scam!!
I called the bank and they said that they had not called and that there was NO problem with my bank card. SCAM!!!
These people called my husbands phone at 11 p.m. then when we fell asleep they called my phone at 11:30 p.m.!! It really freake us out.
I answered on speaker phone but did not speak. It was a scam indicating they were from a bank (I believe they said United) and that my debit card had been lost. After a few seconds of silence & me not pressing 1, the call disconnected. Never heard of the bank, don't have a debit card. Scam.
Received a call from this number saying that my master debit card was blocked, didn't say a bank voice machine said to press one to unlock card and enter my card number. Didn't enter card number I hung up and tried to call back and they said that number was restricted.
I received this call at 4:40am. It was automated and it was regretting to inform me that my visa/MC debit or cc was stolen. Press 1 to reactivate! Meh. I could care less that it was a scam bc I'm smart enough to figure that out. It really pisses me off it happened on my day off, at almost the exact time I normally get up for work and I haven't been able to get back to sleep. :(

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
