I met a guy "Logan Hawks" who claimed to be a CEO of a Precious Gems Company (webiste: lhawkstones.com) on evow.com. We chatted, then he wanted to get on Yahoo messenger. Whenever he calls me he uses this number. He never called me on the phone but twice and both times they were very short conversations to see if I would get on Yahoo to chat with him. He does show a house in Los Angeles CA and his phone number matched the phone number he did call me from once. However, when he was supposed to come visit me, the morning before, he had some urgent business in Ghana, West Africa to go dig for precious gems. Now, he is there telling me his laptop and phone won't work and that his credit card won't access and he wants me to buy him a new phone and laptop. I said NO. I told him when we were chatting to begin with that I had no money, thinking a scammer wouldn't waste their time. Obviously, this one is in it for the chase and to try and prove he has influence over me. Guess what -- It aint gonna' happen!!!!!! Has anyone else had correspondence from Logan Hawks? Thanks

I got a text message from someone wanting to know if I still had my Entertainment Center for sale. salascoleman was the name given and the first number came from 1111-440-602 and then from 111-044-0601 said he saw my ad on Craigslist and he was a Marine Engineer working offshore at this time. Well being the protective person I am told him I only dealt in cash or Western Union. So far no word back. I hate to be scammed and definitely will not give out my personal information. Has anyone else received messages from this name salascoleman.

111-044-0601 Posing as a woman, this number texted me under the screen name "princess_sandraleon". She/he said they lived here in the states but moved to Africa. I told them to leave me alone! I'm sure it is some kind of scam for money.

I started to fall for the scam until I searched the name on google for extra reassurance and I saw your post! Thank you so much! You probably just saved me from giving away a $490.00 dress!

this person has contacted me 3 times wanting money, he calls himself Kevin or John Aitken, he has even ask for me to get a credit card. he also has a cell number with a dallas aera code... beware, you can even look him up on facebook
