Strange news hat a National Co would call twice in less than half an hour, and not leave a message... And, while we have an upcoming Holiday, for 6 years, services have always been bumped a day without any calls.

Wool: I'm in AR, and the Waste Mgmt. address on my bill is Franklin TN with this # also. Guess that may be headquarters. Sometimes they call with info about pick up changes. But lately they don't say anything if I answer, their system may be set for message only if no one answers. But they have also left no message when I didn't answer, strange. Must be a glich in their system!
This is Waste Management's national customer service number. They use it to call to tell customers of holiday pickup schedule changes.
They called this morning, it rang only once as if it were blocked. No message left on answering machine. We do have Waste Management garbage collection.
Called today, one ring, then silence. No message left on answering machine. We have their waste collection service so probably call was to tell us about the one day delay for trash pickup on Memorial day week. I had them logged as calling last year last week of May also. Makes sense, but why no message?

According to my log, has called 10 times since 2023, always a new caller ID, this one came up as TellCityHall but same number, and at 9:49pm ffs.
