Text Message about a "FINAL WARNING" threatening my loss of my trademark rights because the texter (with no indentification of the identity of the texter) will file for rights to MY trademark. (Texter does not understand US Trademark law...)

(916) 534-8590 called and I did not answer because I do not know who it is. No voicemail message left.
Recorded message saying that there is free money available to qualified homeowners to replace your furnace or air conditioner or roof and more but you have to call right now or the rebates will run out!! Funny, I've gotten this same message for years from a bunch of different phone numbers and I don't own a house. Total scammers.
Had to hang up on this robot call. Detest unsolicited calls. Entered the number in an FCC do not call registry online complaint and needed more information so I called their caller ID phone number to find out what the business is and how they got my number. I think it said Home Efficiency Program. It was a recording and said it would forward me to someone. It didn't. I hung up and finished my FCC online complaint form. Then I called back their number at least five times and I never again received the recorded message. It just made a loud sound and when I hung up it did a reverse phone call to me with no response on their part. I got tired of the game. Wish they would! But I am really hoping they will call back so I can get more information and phone the local news so they can investigate. Sound good? They use a local area code. Clever.
