Got a phone call from 123 456 7898 number this morning saying I qualified for a $7000 government grant. He said his name was Edward Watson, sure sounded like Habib from the quickie mart to me. He wouldn't give a call back number unless I told him all of my information. He insisted for bank numbers and other personal info. It seemed like he already knew a lot about me like my address and family situation and I don't know how he got it. He put me on hold and I hung up on him and he called right back cussing the same word over and over at me.

I recieved a call a few mintues ago from some asian lady stating that she worked for the government and i was one of the names picked for a grant of $7000 tax free...I was like, " what is this, some kind of fraud?" and she was like "what". I mean I knew it was fraud already because the phone number was fishy.

Yeah really I mean how can these [***] be tracked!!! That's we need to be able to find out with a lil collaborative research. I'm a college student that almost fell for the sham. Weird thing was this Indian-accented dude said the same BS about a 7000$ US grant and verified an old address of mine which was were I registered for the US census. When I asked who he was affiliated with he rattled of some name of a NYC bank. Then like previous statements; tried to tell me he was was based out of WA DC. I really want to know how these scumbags get phone numbers. I'm a college student, I don't own any credit cards, [***] I have my mom pay most of my bills so I just don't understand how my info could of been leaked onto his list.

I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING THESE CALLS EVERYDAY AT FIRST THEY WOULD TALK IN THERE LANGUNGE AND I WOULD TELL THEM I DIDN;T UNDERSTAND THEM SO I WOULD TALK TO THEM IN SPANISH AND CUSS THEM OUT AND THEY WOULD HAND UP, YESTERDAY APRIL 19,2011 THEY CALLED AGAIN AROUND 5:00 PM HERE IN EL PASO,TEXAS AND THEY FINALLY SPOKE TO ME IN ENGLISH AND I ASKED THEM WHAT THEY WANTED AND HE DIDN;T SAY ANYTHING UNTIL I CUSSED HIM OUT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS MY GOD FATHER AND I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN;T HAVE A GOD FATHER AND CUSSED HIS BUTT OF IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH AND THEN HE HUNG UP AND HE ALSO CALLED THIS MORNING WHILE I WAS AT WORK AT 9:35 AM BUT I DIDN'T ANSWER I HAVE BEEN CALLING MY CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER TO BLOCK THEM BUT I GUESS THEY HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO THOSE INDIAN GUYS R VERY SMART WHEN THEY UP TO KNOW GOOD THEY SUCK AT SPORTS BUT VERY SMART AS DOCTOR'S OR BUILDING BOMBS AND TAXI DRIVERS AND BUILDING BOMBS THAT'S WHY I'AM STARTING TO HATE SOME OF THEM NOW JUST THESE PEOPLE THAT UR DOING THESE PRANKS TO US, I HOPE WE CAN CATCH THEM SOON THNX FOR U TIME AND HOPE THAT NO ONE FALLS FOR IT I KNOW I DIDN'T I ALREADY BLOCKED MINE AND MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT I'AM NOT THAT DUMB.........

This guy called me a few times and i did not answer then I answered for the fun of it and strung him along a bit. after a few minutes i got bored and when he asked for my bank number i said never call me again. two seconds later he called back and I answered and all he said was [***] you.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TWICE. IDIDN'T ANSWER

I tell her I am a little ole lady looking for her to cook her, lol. I never answer in the same manner. These people are ridiculous and the government should do something about this. yes it is a person with a big Indian accent.

This does not tell me how to block it, Just saying the act is illegal. I want to block them.
