I received a robocall from this number asking me to take part in a survey and if I did I would receive a two day cruise. I was unable to end the call. I had to sit their and wait until the message finished. That itself should be illegal. The last thing I recall hearing was being asked to press a number to decline taking the survey and I hung up the phone.Granted surveys are exempt from the Do Not Call List, but the fact that they offering a cruise (scam) and that one has to pay fees, is a violation (if not, it should be) of the law.

These idots have called our office daily for several months. We used to hear an annoying cruiseship horn then a recorded message gimmick. I asked to be removed so now I get a daily caller-hang-up from these jerks. My caller ID reads, "Unavailable (202)499-1479" When will it end? Don't they have anything better to do with their time? I CLEARLY PICTURE A BUNCH OF MONKEYS IN CUBICLES WITH HEADSETS JUST PUNCHING BUTTONS!!!

So what do you call a recorded message offering a cruise in return for taking part in a survey? Peopl have the right to assume what they wish. As far as I am concerned, any person or company that calls and doesn't leave a message is most likely a telemarketer.

I got the same call & message left on my answering machine today (11-16-2011) the part that really caught my attention is that "gratuity & a small port tax will apply" .........scam!!!!the national no call list is a total BS. I don't sign up for it no longer. I just use the free software "phone tray free" to cut those calls off. period!!!
