I did not answer..........we are on the 'do not call list'

Call, hang up, return call, busy..busy..busy. On DNC list but it doesn't help.

Each time I get a call from an unknown person or someone and they don't leave a message I just block the number. It screens the crooks out. Problem is I think my phone only blocks up to 25 numberts. But, at least I can block 25 numbers out. When I get to 25 I can delete the first ones as I get new jerks calling.

Tired of non-functional "no call" list. I don't think there should be ANY exemptions from no call. I am as sick of politicians and mock "charities" that use revenues from harassment to continue more harassment.We should restore sanctity to our homes and respect that we are paying for communication services and have a right to screen callers, period.

I asked the police and they said they get hundreds of call each day. They just got a whistle and blow it really loud and the person hangs up. Problem is if it is a computer call the whistle doesn't hurt the computers ears.

Very disgusted that I keep getting calls not only from this phone number but other BS numbers on an almost daily basis. The do not call registry seemed like a good idea, but scammers will always find a way around it. I have been listed with the rigistry for 5 years and yet I continue to get calls.

i just received the survey. it was for both parties in congress - i was asked to rate the dems as well as the gop and the president. and surprize!! i won the free cruise. for only $118 charged to my credit card. it was to the bahamas - 2 days, but you are only in port for 8 hours. since i live so far away, the travel agent was willing to see if she could get me a better deal - i am sure it would have just taken my credit card number to get the better deal. scam as far as i am concerned.

Receive several calls from above number. Have not answered, suspected marketer of some type.

If you took a minute to read my two posts made just prior to yours, you would have seen all the research I did on these scam artists. No political party or charity or any other exempt entity is calling from this number. It is used by illegal robocallers who are hiding behind a survey to scam people into taking cruises that are not at all free, and whose fees and other charges are not refundable. These illegal telemarketers are working for a cruise line or a travel agency under many different assumed names. The Better Business Bureau can't even keep track of all their names. They're also robocalling from a lot of spoofed numbers (see my post for the list) making it difficult for the do not call list people to catch them. They're really not calling from D.C. That's just a made-up number. Nonetheless, it is very important for everyone to report each and every scam call you receive to www.donotcall.gov.
