Scam artists do not care about the do not call registry. They are robocalling our home phones and cell phones and they are spoofing their Caller ID information making it harder for them to be caught. These idiots are hiding behind the survey to somehow legitimize their call. It's still an illegal robocall. They have ripped off a lot of people using a lot of different names. They are calling from a lot of different numbers (listed above in another post). The small fees (ha!) you pay on your "free" cruise are non-refundable. The ship, if you can book on the dates you want, will be old and decrepit. It is SOOOO not worth it to fall for this scam from these crooks.

It may be a survey about the national debt or the political parties, but it is a just a cover for these scam artists to hook you into their "free" cruise scheme. Do not fall for it. If you want to go on a cruise, use a LEGITIMATE travel agency -- not these crooks.

Received a call this morning. Did not answer as was unknown caller. Do not call again.

Keep getting annoying calls from this number which shows as Unknown Name. All of my numbers are registered with the DO NOT CALL but still receive calls all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Unknown Name

rec'vd a call on my land yesterday eve from this number- didn't answer as I didn't recognize the #.

I received a call from this number about 7 pm, I didn't answer the number also, returned the call no answer. Actually the dial tone played.

Got a call last night while OUT. Another call from and UNKNOWN entitiy; NO NAME or ID'g info, other than the number, which is probably SPOOFED to HIDE the OVERSEAS number that is really dialing in. No message left, either; but I'm NOT going to waste a long distance call (OR my time) to 'find out' who they are or what they wanted.No Message left, which, from robodialed calls, I beleive, is ILLEGAL by FTC law. Thank god we were not at home to race, yet again, to the phone, only to see that it was SPAM/CRAP.THE PHONE COMPANIES could EASILY put a STOP to this by BLOCKING numbers that they KNOW to be used by SPOOFERS/SPAMMERS/SCAMMERS. But they won't because they want to MAKE MONEY OFF US by selling us SERVICES we SHOULDN'T NEED - IF the LAWS of this country were HONORED and UPHELD.VERIZON gave NEARLY $500,000 to ONE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE - Rick Perry - Last year ALONE. Can you IMAGINE how much they donate to RUPUBLICANS in TOTAL - who want to keep the 99% of us "DOWN" by DISTRACTING us with issues like THIS - UNWANTED, AGGRAVATING HARASSING SPAM/SCAM PHONE CALLS??? Meanwhile they've been RAIDING THE US TREASURY FOR YEARS with their WARS and their GIVEAWAYS to the MEGA CORPORATIONS that SUPPORT the THIEVES IN CONGRESS and the White House.VERIZON, you told me you were "listening." I watched the video. On the surface it sounds good/easy. If we could ALL follow through on this, we could all quit our 'day jobs' and just spend our lives answering these Sh*t calls and get rich suing!Three "Catches" though: (1) Only applies to US TELEMARKETING firms; Does NOT apply to calls ORIGINATING from overseas, using SPOOFED U.S. numbers.(2) As many of us have found out, when we start the 'required' ten question "script"; most of these callers HANG UP on us, so therefore, we can never get the point of suing, because we haven't 'met the criteria' of the lawsuit law; and(3)CROOKS/CRIMINALS - which is what MOST of these calls are - DON'T PLAY BY THE RULES, including responding to lawsuits or paying up, EVEN IF you "Win".So, Good Luck with that!Better to NOT ANSWER in the first place.ALSO, good to READ THE PRIVACY POLICIES of EVERY COMPANY - ESPECIALLY BIG CORPORATIONS YOU DO BUSINESS WITH and IN WRITING INSIST THAT THE MOST STRINGENT OPTION BE FOLLOWED. IN other words, INSIST THAT THEY TAKE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OFF OF **EVERY** TELEMARKETING LIST THEY HAVE/USE INCLUDING - and here's where they 'get' you - ALL "THIRD PARTY MARKETERS whom "They think" PROVIDE Products and Services that "You MAY BE INTERESTED IN" based on what they are already selling to you. This INCLUDES YOUR MEGA BANKS, CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, **ALL** THE PHONE COMPANIES, ETC. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE (SCUMBAG CORPORATES) WHO ARE SELLING OUR NAMES AND NUMBERS TO THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE THEN HARASSING US!
