I just got a call ten minutes after my husband did. They claimed action was going to be taken against me for some Social Security problem in Texas. I am calling the FBI to report this. But, I doubt they will do anything. They never have before. I called the number and a man with an Indian accent asked for my case number. I told him I was calling the FBI. These people are low rent.

This is a call from a money scam. They use a computer voice to claim your Social Security number has been revoked or your Social Security payments are stopped. IT IS A FRAUD. They go on to have you call with a fake case number and they demand immediate cash payment. So, WHERE is the FBI on these things?? I have received this scam call before I retired and this is the second time since I retired. Blocked number.

These so called scam artists are ridiculous. They need to be stopped period. Correspondence is always done by mail, then investigative work still has to happen. So, "John Smith" or whatever name you use, your calling from another country where your daily job is sitting in a call center and thinking of ways to scam people out of their hard earned money. I hope these people see this message, because you will have in the end answer for your rotten ways of trying to, "SUCKER PEOPLE". I TOLD THIS PERSON, "LISTEN HERE", then they hung up... SICK PEOPLE!!!!!

I just had the same call as other reports where they wanted me to kindly call them back because there was social activity being done fraudulently in Texas.

I just receive the same message as the person above. My "social" has also bee found to be suspicious for committing fraudulent activities in Texas.
