This just happened to me! I was trying to call the numbers on the email because it said I had to in order to "complete the process" - but we had already received a confirmation! The woman had a very strong accent and kept apologizing and putting me on extended holds. I ended up hanging up and calling Expedia (the number from the website) and they assured me the flight was fine. I sent them a copy of the email I received and asked if this was theirs - haven't heard back yet. I think I'm going to block all these bogus numbers.
A call from this number woke me up at 2:00am and I had to answer because I was oncall for work. They said nothing when I answered. I hit redial and Expedia answered. I have not done business with Expedia or related company such as Hotwire for over 6 years. I don't have any upcoming flights or hotel bookings. Farking Idiots! I couldn't get back to sleep for nearly an hour!
