I don't answer calls, but BCR is calling several times a week. We think they are calling someone who does not live here. We have had no involvement with this company and do not know who they are.

This number, and 2 other numbers similar to it (202-607-2731 and 202-607-2732) call me about 4 or 5 times per day. This has gone on for several weeks. I am on the Do Not Call list. Why do these calls keep coming?!

I call them on there 800 number and the still keep calling , but I keep calling them , find out there real names and post it on line.

constant calls from 202-607-2733 10 to 15 times everyday! They will not leave a message and it only has a busy signal. I've tried to answer the phone but I only get a busy signal???? I called the number and it named a collection agency then hung up????

when they call, pick up and tell them they are treating you and speak to the manager. They will hang up. Then dial *60 then #01 then # key again. The last call, there BCR number will be blocked and no ringtone will be rung on your side and they will get the msg when your phone picks up"this phone call is no longer accepting your phone calls"ha ha ha!in your face BCR! its time to get back at you!

If they are calling you twice a day, they are breaking the law. Write to them and tell them to stop calling you unless they plan on seeking a legal remedy against you. Briefly describe the harassment that you want them to stop (calling twice, being evasive, not giving you their reasons for calling-whatever). Tell them if they don't stop you will report their violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and indicate that you are cc-ing a copy of the letter to the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Response Center, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20580. Send the letter to the FTC by regular mail and the one to the company (BCR, POBox 99001, Minnetonka, MN 99001 by certified mail.)

No, you write a cease and desist letter, send a copy by certified mail to them and a copy to the FTC by standard mail. They are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act--look it up!

they call me day and night and they speak very poor English. They are rude and will not tell me why they are calling or who they are. I just started answering my phone in Spanish...

I received a call from this number telling me that I owed $82 from my wireless carrier and that I was way past due. I knew this couldn't be true as I am always on time and up-to-date with my payments. They kept insisting that I pay them and getting all aggressive about it. So I hung on them and called my wireless carrier right away. Just I had thought, my carrier confirmed that I am current with payments and suggest that I call this collection agency. I googled the number and I guess I'm not the only one with complaints. This has go stop!
