I bought tickets for Shinedown at Gilford NH Dated for 9/16/2022. I paid $377.50 844-223-5661 DE is the number on my credit card statement these idiots should pay my back when i checked my credit card statement the number on here brought me to this site

Scam operation…can’t believe they are allowed to remain in business. Now fighting to get money back from the credit card company.

Fighting for Thomas Rhett tickets, wont see them. Partnered with ticketmaster, scam company.

This is a fraudulent company. They took my money when I ordered from Ticket Master somehow but I never received any tickets. I don't know how to see this is a fraudulent company before you purchase from them. I consider myself "Aware" and I really try to research first and I still got scammed :(

Purchase 2 tickets to see Paul Anka at the Bergen Pac in Englewood NJ and never received said tickets. I spent over $400.00

Fraudulent Company. this phone number appeared on my credit card and charged me for 2 tickets to an event that I did not order. I also never received these tickets. The company sends you in a loop of "press #" and you never get to an agent. It does ask you to email support@secure-tix.com. I am filing a report and dispute with my credit card company. Beware of this company and any companies that use this phone number to handle their business.

We are experiencing the same issues on our card purchases now as well.We purchased 2 tickets $53.50 each= $107.00 from fox theatre Atlanta, (Foxtheatre.org) which then was apparently sent through another ticket sales agent ( boxofficeticket.com) and then were charged from this company (Ticket Fulfillment Service) at a much higher rate of $350.23.... same telephone number 844-223-566 and e-mail reply (support@tix.com)We have filed a fraud complaint with our card company.Also we have copied this information back to foxtheatre.org, boxofficetickets.com, and card services reporting agency.Question is which of the first 2 leaked my card number to a fraudulent company???

Been ripped off by this number 844-223-5661. Thought I purchased a ticket for Bruce Springsteen on March 18th as that when they took my money for a ticket. Never got an email confirming an order number. Just cancel the charge, hoping they can cancel it.
