Is there a contact number to call them ask them to check tehir fax machine. I've been getting the calls as well for the past few days.
Just got a call too from this #... She said she was w/US Dept of Labor & that she needed the owner to fax them info since they are "conducting an investigation"... That they need the owner to fill out the paperwork they are faxing & that they must "comply" with the due date... !?
I saw this number on my caller ID yesterday, and when I called it I also got the recorded message that it was an invalid number at the Dept. of Labor. I called the labor department to see if they could verify if this was one of their numbers, but I was told that they could not do that. I did find a large list of phone numbers within the department, but this was not one of them, although most of them did begin with 202-693.
