I just received this same call, very thick Indian accent, I ended up hanging up on him.
Called my office phone, left a 1 minute voicemail with generic call-center office sounds in the background
Received a junk call to my work extension from 203-433-3263 earlier this week, asking for someone who doesn't work at this company (been getting these calls off and on for years, keep telling them they have the wrong number). Today the phone number was 203-433-3270 - same number with the last two digits changed. Didn't answer but got voicemail of background noise.
