They keep calling me, every few weeks. My daughter visited the hospital several months ago so I thought it was legit. When i called back, it was always a voicemail. When i finally got through they claimed that I had a very large outstanding balance, when I knew i had a very small balance left. I refused to pay over the phone and asked them to send me a bill again. I never got the bill but they still call me every few weeks. so annoying!
I work for this company... Trust and believe if they state you owe a bal you owe! Better check peter roberts or transcon for an account in collections
This number is for account balances held with yale medice not to be confused with yale new haven health. If you have received a call your acctount is past due 90 days and is on its way to the collection agency. The company is century management and is yale internal collections. Your acct will outsource to a collection agency is you do no plan on paying your bal
It is definitely legitimate, but the staff member I've been dealing with does not seem at all competent. I shouldn't owe any money if they'd billed my insurance correctly, but the woman kept arguing that I was having elective plastic surgery (not even close to what I'm having done). For such a highly regarded hospital, all the administrative staff I've dealt with have been infuriating!
Peter Roberts and Transcon are not used by Yale New Haven Health. They use Century Financial for their collections. If you are going to give out info, make sure you know what you are talking about. I seriously doubt your work for them if you can't even get that correct.
I've received several auto calls from this number, Yale Medicine. The message says to call option 1. I've talked with Yale-New Haven Hospital billing office and my physician's billing department. Both state I have no outstanding balances. Since I have not had any surgery, I don't believe this is a legitimate call.
