this number calls a few times a week.... they hang up all the time....they called at 8:20pm. I have registered my number with the no call or what ever it is and my number is un listed....

It is obvious that you morons who say "but i am on the do not call list" didn't read the FINE PRINT. Or you would know that research companies, political parties (fun at election time), charities are exempt from the do not call. Next time READ the flippin fine print.It does not matter, they can call you because the are exempt.

We have call display and are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. We always screen calls and if we don't recognize the number we don't answer

The likely reason why you don't hear anyone at the other end of the line, is part of their automatic dialing protocol. The auto dialer likely calls 10 different numbers at once, and when the first person picks up their phone, the autodialer automatically hangs up on the other nine.

Keeps calling me too and I've never answered. I refuse to answer because my telephone number is a restricted number which means they shouldn't have it unless i gave to them. Which i certainly didn't so STOP CALLING ME!!!

If it is a survey, the do not call list won't help. Surveys are allowed to be done by phone :(

It's the people who are stupid enough to start answering "surveys" over the phone from a complete stranger who keep this harassment going! And also, how do you know they are who they say they are. Oh, and by the way, what "research" firm calls late at night and then listens without responding. And what legitimate research firm wants to talk sex with a fifteen year old? Have any of you ever heard of identity theft, or how about home invasions. Honestly, the flouride in the water must be rotting half of your brains. Have you ever looked up and wondered how a beautiful blue sky can turn overcast in an hour with high-flying jets spraying chemicals to control the weather. How about the FACT that the government has admitted that they are spying on you, listening to your phone calls and monitoring your internet use? Try going on Youtube and spend a few evenings finding out what your lying newspapers and tv have been keeping from you. I guarantee that you will cancel both and get your information from people who actually care about the truth and aren't just brainwashing you with mindless drivel. Good Luck! I am going to block this number now until they just go and get another number.

Man with foreign accent (from India?) called and said I had been selected to receive a low interest rate on my credit card. I did not stay on long enough to find out if he was going to ask for credit card number etc. I got scammed by a similar call in December. I lost no money but I changed my credit card number as a precaution and was assured that this was not a legitimate call. We have registered with no call a few years ago but we still get unsolicited calls although we did get less for a while.

I just did the same as I do for other calls like these - I sent a text saying "[***] off". It was successfully delivered to their land line - so they will have to listen to it!! A few thousand of these texts should piss them off! Managed to get rid of a similar recent annoyance with another number using this method!!

I am from Alberta. I also listed my number with unwanted calls please stop wasting your time. I only answer calls I recognize.
