I answered the call and as I had an Mpi claim they were surveying the service that I have received from my claim

They called at 9 pm while I was trying to get my baby to bed. How rude!! Wish they would go away!!

This &^%$#@! caller has called me 3 times today and I am getting really PO'd with this. Last call I lost it and told them in no uncertain terms to NEVER call here again Will see how long it takes for them to try again. Buggers anywayHave had at least one to two calls a day for the past week from this number. Very annoying

Don't get mad, answer the questions but with crappy answers. If they use a scale where 1 is highly in favor and 5 is highly opposed then answere the first question 1, the second 2 and so on until you get to question 6 where you start over with 1 or maybe go in reverse order or answer 1 to every question. It works best if you answer at the extreme always 1 or always 5. They begin to get the idea you're messing with them and if they are good will ask about your answers. Then calmly tell them you will continue giving this kind of answer as long as they continue to call. Calls will usually stop. The best people to mess with the survey companies are from Quebec to the point where any survey coming out of Quebec has little validity. Messing with survey companies is becoming very wide spread and a serious problem they acknowledge is affecting the quality of the surveys. Funny how the DNC seems to make exceptions for politicians, just like when they pass non smoking regulations for your office but the rules don't apply to their office.
