Got multiple calls, no one on other line. Called back, it rang a few times and then went into an incoherent noise sound, no answering machine. Block it!
I have received four calls from this number and it shows it is from Jasper, Al.Calls once with only one ring, hangs up and then calls right back. I let it go to vm and I never get a vm. I answered this last time and their was a person on the other end just breathing so I just hung up. I looked the number up and here is the information that I got just by googling the number....Michelle R Naramore (age 52 years), Lives in 108 Rose Hill Rd, 35578 AL.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
