Just received a call from this number. Didn't answer. Everyone who did answer says that there is a recording in Spanish. Can anyone translate the recording?

I just received a call from 205-989-8989 and the voicemail from this number is Spanish??!! So, I just hanged up with it in case they will charge my mobile fee.
I too just got a call from this number to my cell, I said hello but could not hear anything after that. I'll be sure not to answer it now if they call back.
