Been receiving calls from this number every once in awhile at around 7pm(ish)... it just hangs up each time I answer
same thing. Why are they robo calling everyone's cell phone? do they get some information about us that way?
This number has called me at least twice. Once at 12:30am one day, and 4:33 a.m. this morning. I'm in the 210 area code as well. It's pissing me off!!

got a call from 206 587 3365 @ 6:10 this morning, thought it might have been family, when I answered there was dead space. If it's a collection company, it is illegal to call before 8am and after 9pm, I will sue once I find out. if it's qwest like i read in some statements... what the hell??? i'll sue them too. it's illegal for any company to call befor 8am or after 9pm, don't just file a complaint, sue them too!!
Got the call at 2:00 this morning. Didn't recognize Caller ID as someone I know (only showed: Seattle, WA & number: 206-587-3365), but decided to answer because... 2am seriously?? Being a skip tracer for 20 years makes me wonder...For all I knew, someone was trying to verify I was home for some nefarious purpose! Happens again and I am placing a call block feature on my phone ...ha-ha-ha!
