I refused the call, then looked the number up. Saw the entries here and tho I believe those who say this is a legit number, I have no current orders with Amazon so it may be a hack of some kind?

Just wanted to put this up and let everyone know this number is legitimate for Amazon Customer Service, not sure what is going on for the people that say it isn't. I had an issue with a delivery and emailed customer service about it, and they were calling to discuss my options with me. They called about 15 minutes after I sent the email, and my issue was resolved right away upon speaking with me.

I received a call from this number, and to my surprise, they claimed to be an Amazon representative. This surprised me of course, because I do not have an Amazon account! I’ve seen on here that many are claiming this to be a legitimate Amazon number. It is 100% not.This number is 100% a scam, if you get a call from it, be as rude as possible and then block it. Or, just block it, but they deserve vitriol.

Have you never gotten a call from a scammer who spoofed the Caller ID number ?

I check every number I do not know to make sure it is not a scammer. While I was checking the number here I got a voicemail and it was from Amazon customer service to see if I had received the package I had complained about not receiving the day before he was supposed to call me around 12 my time this was 10 so I was checking the number.

I did get a call from this number and I let it go to voicemail. The caller sounded sketchy and claimed to be from Amazon, and that there was some issue with a package they tried to deliver.Suspicious, I logged into my Amazon account to view the status of an order I was waiting on and to my surprise, it was marked as delivered with a note underneath the status specifying that my package had been left at my back porch. I went and checked and sure enough, my package was sitting where the note specified.

Doesn't mean the number isn't being spoofed

When I called the number back, they said it was Humana and they needed to update. They asked me questions that I told them if this was Humana they already had my address and any other information reguarding my account, so why are they asking these questions. I feel it was a scam and when I continued to ask "my" questions to them they hung up
