Got a call and my husband answered it… Said she was from an attorneys office regarding a file that we need to attend to, by calling a Michael Harris at telephone number 877-321-0030 and gave us a case number. I tried to call back this number and it’s simply referred us with directions to call the 877 number. There is no Michael Harris attorney in Kennebec Maine.

Received call from this number 3 days in a row. Called back as I work in Maine. Get a "this number is not in service" recording. So why repeat calls?
They do not leave a message, and as another commentor mentioned, you cannot call it back as it states the number is out of service.
Received a call from this number as well. Doesn't let it ring for long, doesn't even go to voicemail, no message.
And that seems to be the new spam call wrinkle. A call comes in from a “local” number, they leave no message, you call it back and the numbers’s not in service. Sometimes the CID even has a person’s name attached to it. This one just named the town, CAMDEN ME. Zombie numbers.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
