I answered this call and got a recording to reduce interest rate on credit card. I pressed 1 to speak to someone. When they got on the line they said their name was X (which happens to be the same name as mine). I asked to be placed on the do not call list. They hung up immediately. I have blocked them.
I am also on the do not call list, but apparently have inadvertently put my # somewhere I now wish I hadn't. I only wish I knew where. I didn't answer the call.
this call is a scam. do not callback it's a disconnected scam credit card number DO NOT CALL DO NOT ANSWER AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO WHAT SO EVER!

I don't answer calls that I don't recognize, especially from area codes I don't recognize. I let it go to voicemail and nothing was left. Scam!
