Wow! This scam from "Rachel at Cardholder Services" must be at least 10 years old. It's even the same old recording. Can't they think of anything else more imaginative?
I get calls everyday from them. They are too the point of harassing me. I would love to know how to report them.

the call was silent. this is disturbing because the phone carriers allow it, they could suspend these numbers easily. They choose not to because there is nothing in it for them $$$. When the FCC holds renewal hearings, the complaints should pour in. Suspending utility privileges would get some action.

Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
