Looks like some sort of robodialler out of Maine has Washington and Oregon on the rotation - I just got a "nobody there" call from them on my cell about 10 minutes ago (18:00-ish WA time)

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
