This is obviously a scam. Recorded message (or talking computer) tells me that me and my family are under investigation and had been contacted several times. Now legal action is being taken against me. This is a scam! I did not call back. The government would send you some legal document in the mail and would NEVER call you for this.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
