Debt or no debt, they are not allowed to call in this manner. The problem is they use so many different numbers that it is difficult to know who is calling and when you make a report for a specific number, they just change to a different number so it is almost impossible for any Federal agency to catch up to them. You just have to keep blocking their numbers until they run out of them (if they ever do). Most, if not all of these people calling you or anyone else are "foreign" with a thick accent and are a really degenerate group of people and deserve NO reply from you. Some of the calls are even from "scammers" who will try any method to get your money. They are a "SAD" segment of our society and you just have to be careful dealing with them! Good luck.

I now hope they stop calling: let me explain. I received a missed call from 208-515-7470 on 10/17/13 at 6pm. I called the number at 6:30pm and got an iC Systems greeting with a voice prompt, and I held on for 4 minutes. I got a young, well-spoken woman on the line named Amber. I told her that I got the cell phone from Trac Fone and the telephone number must have been recycled as I had received calls looking for this guy named Rosa who owed money, and Rosa's friends were looking for him also. I told her that I don't know Rosa. She said she would remove my cell number from his file. Let's see if it works.

I have received this call on more than one occasion; the last one was at 8:08 PM. Caller ID reads "IC System." According to Mr. D., it is a collection agency. This makes no sense whatsoever, since I do not owe anyone anything. LOL. No message is ever left, as is typical of calls of this type. If it is a collection agency, why are they not calling the real deadbeats?
