No voicemail was left. I called back and she mumbled in a non-american accent (I couldn't figure out what accent because of the mumbling), "this is Officer Marlene" then asked if I had a case ID. I said no, she asked for my first and last name. I told her I didn't feel comfortable giving that information and I would leave my phone number. She said again "would you please help me out and give me your first and last name". I said no I can give my phone number so whoever was trying to reach me knows I called back and then she hung up on me

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
