This number(2092338864) is calling every day and somehow the guy knows my first name! We simply stopped answering but the guy is relentless and calls several times a day; it is very frustrating.

They just keep calling and comp says good bye. When I call back is says something about a Magic Jack cust.. I got at least 50 calls in 3 days!

An elderly disabled vet with internal bleeding problem keeps getting repeated calls from this number starting in the morning and keep getting closer and closer together even until they are 15 minutes apart. Are they liable for any medical complications they may be causing? Because they don't leave a message or identify themselves it feels threatening.

Magic Jack is the service provider NOT the name of the company calling you... Whoever it is ( Auto Warranty) they are worthless they keep calling even though I told them to take my number off of their scam call sheet!

Magic Jack 209-233-8864 has been calling me for more than 8 months now. I have asked nicely not to call me, I have yelled on them, I have made it very clear that I am not interested in their insurance. It is a group of Indians not sure if they are actually here in America or in India. They call as early as 7am until 9pm. I can't keep doing these. There has to be a way to file a class action law suit for phone stalking, phone harassment and just being plumb annoying.I called 209-233-8865, 209-233-8866, 209-233-8867, 209-233-8868, 209-233-8863, 209-233-8862 and it is Magic Jack make free calls from anywhere unassigned number.

I read some other complaints from other websites and it seems this is a ring of Indians making telemarketing calls for Car Insurance, Home Repairs, Vacation Rentals for Holiday Inn, claims to be with Publisher's Clearing House. It seems they have a private line where 2 separate woman have answered 209-233-8869 and 209-233-8861. The 209-233-8864 is a cell phone in Merced California. In fact all of these numbers are mobile phone numbers from Merced, CA. Ha Ha Ha as I am writing this report they called so I answered and I ask what do you want and why are you calling me, the man said " shut up you [***]." I am done. Now I want to find them. They are calling from their home, I heard the water running in the background with this women's voice, I want and need to find him so I can spit in his ugly face. He got scared when I told him he is calling me from a mobile hone out of Fresno, CA and hung up.

This call comes in many times a day. many time when we answer the phone now one will speak up. One time some one did talk but couldn't understand the person who sounded like Indian and they kept trying to tell me that I was in good standing with State Farm Insurance and some thing else that I couldn't understand and then would say "OKAY". I would say that I couldn't understand them. Then they would start all over again and I would say I couldn't understand them again. They finally hung up on me but kept calling me back several times a day.

I have had this number call me several times saying they are some home improvement something. And each time it is a male with a haevy middle eastern accent. Each time I tell them to stop calling and they just hang up. I have also received a an international call from the same people. And the ironic part is the number is +20-92-338864. Which is the same set of numbers as the Merced, CA call 209-233-8864. Makes me go hmmm. That country code is Egypt, which explains the accent, and the 92 is the area code for Cairo. So not sure what's going on, but it is annoying. And I'm sure it's a scam. I tried calling back the Cali number and is says the Magic Jack subscriber is unavailble.
