Received a call on my mobile from this San Antonio number. I let it go to VM, and the caller left no message. After reading the comments here, I've blocked this number.

not sure who. keeps calling, no message and won't talk back when I answer

Even though they've been blocked they continue to call... so... I decided to track how often. 6/26, 6/27, 7/7, 7/21, 7/26, 7/27, 8/9, 8/9, 8/21 & 8/21. They have both land line and cell numbers... and on the days where they called twice on a day... one was to the cell... and one was to the land line. Decided to *67 the number and... apparently it has gotten so bad... that the ACCD (Alamo Community College District) that some people have gotten on their CID... has posted a recording stating this number belongs to the ACCD... and it is NOT assigned to a working phone... and that if you're getting a call from this number... it's a scammer & that the ACCD has contacted the authorities. It CANNOT get any more clear than that. Block it... it's ONLY trouble.

Started off telling me I was possibly eligible for solar such and such and tried to get my personal information. I explained that he had already revealed he was just going through a list of numbers (which he was and, yes, I had proof), wanted me to explain myself, I refused, asked to be taken off of list.
