Friday the 7th: Guy said he was from Optum Rx and they were calling about refills then asked for full name and DOB.If YOU are calling ME, don't you already have it? Said no thanks, hung up, called the Optum Rx # I have through UHC and the girl on the phone said they don't make outbound calls.
