My suggestion is when they call say "hold please" and put them on hold until they decide to hang up.

These people have been calling my home/office number almost daily and they are also calling my cell phone! Since I use both numbers for business I cannot just change the numbers. I have told them I am on the DNC list but they practically laugh at that. They asked me to verify the numbers they have and promised to remove them but I did report them twice to the FCC, but the calls persist. Life's too short to get all steamed up over these irritations . . . just hang up. Choose your battles!

Matt: Thank you so much for the 800 number. Our office just received a call from them that was so scary that I got up and locked the door.I really wonder who the individual(s) is/are who are making these phone calls and what their real motive(s) is.

I just got a call from the same number. They said they calling to update my Online Super Pages listing. They also stated they understood that I was the manager not the owner. I informed them I wear many hats. They proceed to ask me if my husband has anything to do with the decision making process of my billing and my business. I said please don't ask me any personal questions lets stick to the issue you are calling about my listing, not my personal life. They immediately hanged up the phone. I tried to call them back from a blocked number the phone was continously busy. I then came on line googled the number and saw this forum. I will be reporting them too.

They called and ssked to speak with owner, a dead giveaway. When told owner was not available and given the option to leave a message, they declined and hung up.
