Got a call from this number at 12:30 PM today (3-17-08). Had my tape recorder handy so recorded the conversation. (It's legal in this state). I found out from the telemarketer (Eric Miles) that the call originated in New York but by way of the cybernet they are physically located in Cairo, Egypt and are "partners" with Superpages.com. They gave me this information after I informed them that I was taking this information to the Attorney General (which I will), for violating the "Do Not Call List" provisions. I even got a supervisor on the phone and he advised me that they got my phone number and information from American Acxiom which is a data collection company in Houston TX.

Received a call from 212-266-5335 on 3-17-08. The caller ID showed as New York. The guy on the end started talking to me as if we have a business relationship. My home number is on the DNC registry and pointed that out to him. He said that since we have an established relationship it was OK for him to call me. I said that he was mistaken. I hung up the phone - I dislike telemarketers, but I HATE liars.I just filed my FCC complaint.

Received a call from 212-266-5335 on 3-19-08. Said hello, no answer so I hung up. I tried to make another call and the original caller had not hung up. This happened 4 times, so I wasn't nice, and told the **@$# to hang up. After this I got a call back from the same number and the user used profanity towards me and finally hung up. During the second call I asked who was calling but he would not tell me.

this number just started calling me at least twice a day. i answer but they never say anything, so I hang up. this is the third weird call that i get like this. now i saved it as "junk" and ignore the call.

I was on the phone with a VERY pushy salesperson from Superpages for about 20 minutes before I could get a chance to hang up. When I did she called back no less than NINE times in a row (non of which I answered). Then about half an hour later the caller tried me back again saying they were having "technical difficulties". I bluntly told her that I am not interested, that I didn't have the time to do this now, and to please STOP calling. She asked me when would be a better time to call back... These people just don't listen. I told her I was going to report them if she called again. The next day I got a call from her manager who was 10x pushier and more thick-headed. I had to practically scream at the woman that I was NOT interested and to stop calling!! Yeesh.

Registered in DO NOT CALL directory. What is the purpose of that directory if telemarketers continue to call anyway?! This particular caller, Superpages, could not even speak ENGLISH! I asked three times to repeat before I could understand what he was saying.

Received at call today at about 3:15pm. I did not recognize the caller id or phone number which identified it as a call from New York. I let it ring and they did not leave a message.

THEY ASKED FOR MY BOSS, I TOLD THEM HE WAS NOT HERE AND HE SAID REALLY FAST "OKAY, HAVE A NICE DAY." THEN HE SAID SOMETHING ELSE THAT I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND AND HUNG UP. DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO TAKE A MESSAGE, BUT IF HE WAS A TELEMARKERTER IT WOULDN'T HAVE MATTERED.

they call every moring...even on the weekends. The folks on the phone an't speak english or are very rude and pushy. I did call the 1-800 number listed on a reply below. I hope this helps. SuperPages needs to clean up their act! I certanly won't deal with them.
