Receieved a robot call from this number "this an important call regarding your credit card account" at which point I hung up and blocked the number. Have been getting more and more of these on my cell lately.
I'm on the National do not call list. these people keep calling even when I ask to be put on their do not call list I shouldn't have to
Got a call from this scammer today and turned the tables, immediately launching into phone operator talk saying they called me so they must want my phone consulting services as I charge $150 per hour, so please give me your billing address or credit card number before we can proceed, beginning with the number as it appears on your card... he got flustered and said there was a misunderstanding - I said no, he called me and was already incurring charges so where did he want to receive the invoice for his tax purposes as now he's rung up $7.50 in charges... if he wished to continue he must provide an account number with routing information and I was standing by... he insisted it was a mistake and I said his charge incurred was now up to $10... he got pissed and muttered something in a foreign language and hung up!
So sick and tired of getting these robocalls! Registering on DNC does absolutely no good!!!! They call on my cell phone, which number I only give to family and friends and it is so annoying! Why can't this be stopped???
