I got a voicemail from 949-502-2190 asking me to call back 800-698-1690 for a request from March 12th that I never received, for an insurance policy none of my clients have, with a provider ID that is not associated with me or my practice in any way. Thankfully this went to voicemail as I don't work Fridays and phone was on DND.

I keep getting calls from this number/major accent. Today they stated they were from United Health Care, following up on a fax sent to a Dr. Kimberly something or other. The other day another medical facility wanting information. I just hang up on them. Wow; they are annoying!

Called by someone with a very thick accent-said they were "updating provider list" and are from Addannet. I don't deal with any such company so hung up.

Called the office I work in, very thick accent, claimed to be from Medicare and started talking about how to request patient records from us but seemed super fishy... Hung up on her and she immediately called back, I didn't answer.

This number called. Said it was a courtesy call from my health insurance. Left a message for me to call (800) 825-1526. Called the number they left, no answer, no message, no nothing. They are blocked like all calls that can't be identified. Do these scammers not know people look up their numbers? Block, block, block...all day long I block callers!

Like everyone else here, company claiming to call on behalf of Regence to request medical records. Asking for a fax number to send records request to. Called back at a later time and the number was out of service. Likely phishing for Fax numbers.
