I too keep receiving calls from 12132615794, Chris Jones. He has called my cell phone and my wife's leaving messages that I or my attorney need to contact him or Good Luck. Now im worried,I don't know if he has any of my info and how much. I just reported it on The Website provided on the first page but not sure what else I should do. Do I need to close my accounts? Contact the Police? Please help I've never dealt with this before

My mother just got a call from this number today, Shaken by the threats of a lawsuit, she called me and asked if i can check it out. I already knew it was a scam. I got a similar call in October 2011 from a different number. Anyways, i googled the number and saw the reports from everyone. I told my mother the next time they call, tell them you already alerted the FBI and then maybe they'll leave her alone. She couldn't ubderstand his name or company because of the heavy accent. But he made sure he said the word lawsuit good. I'm thinking she should probably contact the police anyways.

I received the same message as all of you but in mine it is a woman, and all I could do is laugh and say REALLY! She called me 5 times today and left the message on my phone. Still have it.

I realized it was a scam first 2 minutes the guy has no knowledge of his profession long story short I called back with a different name asked for the name of the business they said legal something I go hey andy I thought it was cash advance usa I was calling but after the second call they apparently lost record of me after I said I was gonna bust his mother open like a pinata got an hour to kill? Give them a worse time then they're giving you trust me by the time I was done they collected the last name I was using and went umm david???? The one that first called?????? I'm going home bye the phones been shut off since guys a [***] don't worry about him :)

I got a call from this same company the man name is Michael Carcer . i tried calling back but mailbox was full .

I also received a message from 213-261-5794, and it was William Lee. He said my lawyer or myself need to call back immediately, or he can only wish me good luck. I called the number and wanted to know what was going on, and the woman who answered the phone, said SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN! I kept calling back and it now goes straight to voicemail and says its the office of criminal investigation and immigration or something like that, and cannot take anymore messages. This is so obviously a scam, but like others have said, very unnerving. My husband also called and it goes right to voicemail.
