This number calls me a few times a day.I have had this problem in the past where these odd numbers would call me multiple times during the day. They ended up having my full name, ss number, and all my banking information!! DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and DO NOT VERIFY YOUR NAME OR ANY OTHER INFO THEY ASK YOU ABOUT!! Last time this happened, I had the police involved and ended up having to just change my number, They were getting numbers from my phone somehow and calling lots of my friends and family! BE CAREFUL!!
I looked this up on another website and some were getting a response that they were some sort of Career Advice. I'm thinking PinkLady is right, it sounds like some sort of scam to get your credit card number so they can charge up your card. Be careful of these people.
I get a lot of calls from these types of places. It is possible it is market research/someone just cold calling working on commissions from several companies. Who knows, but as long as they do not try to scam me by asking for any credit card info I will tolerate them. I do like to ask to be put on the do not call list, but it is a joke since companies with low overhead/ no real corporate structure do not have any true way of tracking those lists. Each year companies generate lists of new and old numbers of people who have EVER expressed interest in a college, cell phones, electronics, and everything else on this plant, which they then sell to these companies. Hang in there and remember how much that job must stink.Take Care, God Bless and Have fun with them....I am sure they need it.
I have been able to trace this as far as a nextel cell phone looks like itis around the lax air port
Do not fill out surveys - you will be called over & over again. Am tired of receiving these calls - the next time they call I am going to call them names which would make a sailor blush. Trying to talk me into going back to school - at 73 years of age and all the degrees I need - don't think I need any more. Again, don't fill out surveys. -
I received this call on my cell phone and got someone who said they were calling because I had expressed an interest in online colleges. I asked them to remove my name and number.
I got the same call, s/w female that sounded afri/amer.. she said something about a school I req info on, I did not......asked what e-mail addressed used for info req. She provided quickly, but I wanted her to repeat to write dwn, she was reluctant, but then gave the e-mail.....quickly got off phone. I traced e-mail ip to india .......she was calling from a cell phone .......if anyone else has addl info pls provide
28 calls in less than 72 hrs, it would of been easier to answer the first call and ask them to remove my number. Debt collectors don't call this much! Someone needs to take business 101 and learn the value of people's time! ***Also they only want to talk to you if your going back to school within 6 months. Any college would tell you they don't care when you start. Money is money, be it now or 1 years from now they still want your money.
