Phone rang was expecting a call from Southern California: it was a Recording by a soft spoken man, in a language that did not make sense to me. They did not answer my hello, the recording kept speaking and then they disconnected the line. This is a new phone number and phone I will block the number. It was not the phone call I was expecting!!!!
Same here Joey. I live in California, yet the area code is from austin texas? I I was immediately given the option to block.. So I did.

Likewise, received this call in a mumbled foreign language from a clearly spoofed number. US phone prefixes never start with a zero.
