When I do answer it is a pre recorded message in spanish. If you press 1 you will be connected to a live person but when you try to speak with them in English they hangup, so I have to assume it is a SCAM for spanish speakers. I would like to be put on their DO NOT CALL LIST but they make it difficult when they wont speak to you. I get 5 to 6 calls a day from different cities around the DFW metroplex all with 214 prefix (Grand Prarie, Dallas, Plano, Frisco) and always a spoofed #.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
