Got a call from this number today. They said will send me paperwork to fill out. I'm uncertain as to what I'm supposed to do. Do I send them the requested information, or do I just ignore the whole thing?
Call from 212-651-6900. Did not pick up but they left a message about lowering credit card rate. I am on Do Not Call list so not sure why they keep calling. Every time I block a number they call on a different line and from different cities and states.
SPAM. Any number that you suspect to be a spam and they claim to be with the government ask them for the website that you can see their number on. If they give you a website without .gov at the end then its a SPAM likr this one
It is Dept. of Labor, if you are an employer, they want your stats, no personal info, no names or SSN's. They use the info for the unemployment numbers you hear all over the news. There, doesn't that make your happy day, you get to use your time to give them info that the news folks sell with advertising dollars. I hate it, but it's part of being in business.
They call me first time, they say : from pay roll want send me packed they want conform my address. I say no I don't order nothing and don't call me again. They keep try call me every day 3 - 4 time already. What I should do?
Got a call from "Department of Labor" southern accent. She was looking for company information: names, etc.
...or you could be the woman calling us and refusing to provide info to us about her call and wanting us to divulge our company business.... not professional. If it smells like a scam and acts like a scam, it's probably a scam.
