It is a HUB where payphone calls from all over the states go through - we have someone who called us collect from prison and this number came up.
I just received a call from this # from a friend that went MIA a couple months ago, she is suppose to be in Corona, CA last I heard. I tried to call the # back and the # was not in service.
Recieve call on my cell from my girl. Tells me she called from pay phone here in Rockford,Il. When I call that number back all I get isa constant busy signal. Called information and operator tells me it's a cell phone in Dallas Tx.
