When I get a call from a number I don't know and it's pre-recorded I just go right to the "National Do Not Call Registry website". You can file a complaint there. I not a big fan of call callers.
Has called two mornings about a week apart. Rings twice and stops. Is definitely the phone number of Advertising Specialties Institute in PA. Blocked them with call screening.
