Just received call from this number. Didn't answer, don't recognize number.

I answer harassing phone calls with one of the following:1. You have reached an unlisted number at a classified location. You are not authorized to have knowledge of this number, this call is recorded and you will be contacted by our security office. 2. Your phone number and this conversation are being recorded for our security office to investigate how you obtained this unlisted classified number.3. Answer, then say “Mommy someone wants to talk to you. Note: Then put phone down walk away! 4. Answer then when they ask for information say “hold someone is at the door”. Note: Then put phone down walk away! 5. Hello, Metropolitan Police Dispatcher can I help you?6. Hello, FDI agent Gotyou how can I help you. FDI means F--king Dumb Idiot.7. Hay and Dung law office. Please leave a message, thank you. Then beep.8. Learn these Russian words and repeat idi v zhopu means kiss my a--.

I missed a call from this number. I called it back, it didn't ring or anything. went straight to a full voice message thing. I cant understand who it is.

"Rachel from cardholder services" -- prerecorded ILLEGAL telemarketing call from scammers who spoof the caller ID information you see on your phones making it harder for them to be caught. But one day these low-life scam artists/identity thieves WILL be caught and prosecuted for their crimes. Report each and every call you receive to www.donotcall.gov.Add them to your phone's address book under SPAM or DO NOT ANSWER so that you never have to bother listening to their crap again (until they call you from a "different" number, then do it again).Do NOT press "1" to speak to a representative. They are horrible, nasty people who will curse at you and hang up on you and make you very angry. It is not worth the aggravation.

They called, but I didn't recognize number so didn't pick up. They didn't leave msg. I am on Do Not Call registry, so how do they get away with this????

These guys have been calling me several times a week. The identify themselves as "Card Member Services." They have hung up on me when I asked who they were. They speak in circles about lowering your interest rates and etc. but won't disclose any information about their company. I told them I wasn't comfortable discussing my credit with them and they slammed the phone down! Wow, really?

I get a call from 216-212-1703. on my cellphone. It started with the "press 1 to lower your interest rate..." At least they were thoughtful enough to add something like "There is nothing wrong with your credit card account." When I called the number back, I got a recording saying that the mailbox for (degal??) was full and could not accept messages at this time. Try back later. Now I'm worried about cc theft! Scumbags!Called my my cellphone carrier - they said these are autodial setups. Blocked this number and also 515-421-3101 from incoming calls.

I just got a call from this number and I missed it. So went to Google to enter this number and find out more about it before I decide what next. The search gave me an eyeful about this being a JUNK call. So I ignored it. Internet and Google are very helpful in these.
