"Heather" called to lower my interest rates. I do not understand why this Heather and "Peoples Assistance "are still in business. I don't understand why the Federal Trade Commission does NOT shut these people down. I gotten 3 of these calls this morning and I am on the useless "DO NOT CALL LIST". Enough is enough!

"Jennifer" called...blah, blah, blah. Blocked. Came up "People's Assistance"

Unknown number, which never answer or call back. If important, they'll leave a message. If not, 99% chance a scam / robocall.

These gimokes are new to me, so I'll start a file to see how many calls they rack up. Same as above, unrecognized caller, leaves no message, callback from masked line gets the usual generic prerecorded message, "if you want to be placed on the 'Do Not Call' list for the number that called you..."

Ringer turned off to avoid disruptions by these idiots. If known CID, I will answer. If unknown caller, I never answer or call back to avoid being added to scam lists. If we never answer or call back unknown numbers, these scams will dry up and die… just sayin’ … [hey, 800notes, how about most recent submissions shown first...!?]

BOILING-OIL BOARD THEM!!!i GET ABOUT FIVE TO TEN SCAMMER CALLS A DAY AND, I haven't answered my landline showing any number that I don't recognize for OVER FOUR YEARS, AND THE CALLS STILL KEEP COMING!!! Bust up the greedy telecom monopolies like they did to the "Ma Bells" in the 1950's. The telecoms could EASILY, SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the number of these scammer-calls if they wanted to!!! I PAY FOR CALLER I.D., AND THE TELCOM COULD EASILY BLOCK ANY CALL THAT IS NOT FROM A LEGITIMATE CALLER. Once there is another practical way to get on the Internet besides DSL or cable, I will happily give my business (money) to that other way!!!BOILING-OIL BOARD THEM!!!

o% interest for 12 months due to my excellent credit card history. When a real person joined the call, I asked six times if the interest rate were zero. All he did was read the script: are you calling about a lower interest rate, what do you owe, what is current interest rate, etc? Never did get an answer.

Recorded call - CREDIT CARD SCAM!!!! Want to give you 0% interest on your credit card in return for your personal information! DON"T GIVE IT TO THEM!!!! Cold callers wanting to open a credit card equals BAD NEWS!!! SCAM (I laughed my talking caller ID announced Peoples A$$)

Same lady with accent (British?) that calls from other numbers. "We have been monitering your credit, and due to you excellent payment record, you qualify for this one time offer....." Sure wish it was one time and they would stop calling. My phone block directory is full.
