Lady called asking for an employee, she quickly referenced an address. I told her employee was upstairs and I would have to page her. I asked her to give me the referenced address again and she would'nt give it to me, she stated "it's the employees". I put her on hold and paged the employee. Surprise, surprise this person hung up. Employee had no knowledge of this company. Be careful it it looks like a duck.....goggled number - Shows Safeguard Properties out of Ohio

first question she asked me is if we provide electric. We have multiple projects across the country and I asked which one is she referring to. She said she only had an address and wanted to know if we provided to that specific place. Told me she was calling from Chase. When I googled this number, it came up as Safeguard Properties. I told her I don't have that information since we are not the actual power plant.

This is a company that is working on behalf of my mortgage holder to inspect my property after a fire claim. They are legitimate in my case.
