I got the same call like everyone else, and today I see a charge in my bank account from mycashguardian for $29.95..i don't know who the hell is this and I don't have any loans. I am calling my bank today!!
I have a random charge of $29.95 from My Cash Guardian, and I have no idea who they are. This is a scam, and I want my money back!
I got a call from this number also. I didn't recongise the number so i didn't pick up. I set it up as a block number on my block list. i get these weird voice mail like someone breathing down the line. I just check my account and notice that there was a 29.95. My bank is checking to see what's going on now.
I to woke this morning to find my account was charged 29.95 by Cash Guardian which over drew my account I called my bank and they said I have to wait foor it to get out of the pending status before I can claim that its a fraud. I tried calling the company but they dont open for 2 more hours., I dont even know who these people are. I think everyone should get together and file a class action suit against these people
Yeah they called me too. Only one problem these SOB's took money out of my account and wasn't authorized to because my loans had been denied. Then a guy named "robert" wants to threaten me saying he can make me dissappear and not to worry about it they don't do refunds and figure out how to get my money back.
East Indian man identified himself as Eric nash was verbally abusive and harassing me at work stating I had an outstanding warrent..This is a scam.. everyone who gets these calls please report and file a complaint!
This is crazy! They are calling my job non-stop and this Indian man is so rude. He screams at me and when I ask to speak with a supervisor he called me stupid and said I was going to jail. Obviously this is a scam because I work for an agency that is covered under FDCPA laws and recorded conversations. And his behavior is totally unacceptable. Is there anyway to block this call? I cant be bothered at work with him and he calls over and over and over for like an hour straight. It's insane!!

Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
