TEST on call id and it was recording to reduce debt on credit cards so I press a number and Spoke to Diego. I got a voice print recording similar to DNA and will turn in for analysis to FBI so they can nab these scammers that defy numbers on Federal do not call list. Ciao
I also got the blocker. Love it! Those calls still come but the blocker hangs up on them after the first ring... :)
Besides, the DNC only works on businesses that choose to follow the law. Most of these credit card scammers are criminals anyway (read: OUTLAW) where is they operate OUTside the LAW, don't obey the law anyway.Still, with the DNC the number of spam calls I get has greatly reduced, but as I said, outlaws don't follow the laws. Is it 100%, no, but it's just one tool to use to avoid these [***] bites. Caller ID and just not answering is another tool in the box. No one tool is going to avoid these calls. And if you don't take the few minutes to report these calls, then nothing will ever happen to these [***]. Plus forums like this can offer great information about these thieves.K

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
