I am still getting these calls at my work number. I dont know how they got that number. But I do call Steve Koehler from time to time to thank him. (see his phone number above)
someone called me from this phone number. I only give my cell phone number to family and friends. this is not one of them
Just got a call from this one, ironically following an email from a family member about scam one-ring phonecalls. Did not answer, looked it up for clarity and assurance, found this, and blocked it. Utter BS.
Recorded message saying I was referred to them by a friend, which is a fraudulent lie. Gives option to opt out of future calls by pressing a number, which is another fraudulent lie because they still call again anyway.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
