The phone rang twice and they hung up before I could answer their call. The caller ID said "Beulah MI."
I do not know anyone in that area code , they called my land line and I have a call blocker on that line, and it gave me great pleasure to push the button and add them to my blocked numbers
program their # into your phone and never answer that number again. Easy solution and you get the satisfaction of pulling one over on them
This is the first call I've gotten from "PAYDAY LOANS". I didn't answer, caller left no message, but number will be blocked as soon as I finish typing this.
these f*******s need to stop, I would love to get the address of this place, they would be in for a nasty and costly surprise
Caller ID said “Payday Loans”. I never answer calls from unknown numbers, but I thought if someone gave my number for a loan I wanted to stop multiple calls asking where their payment was. When I answered it was a recording for carpet cleaning. Immediately terminated the call.
I'm at the point now that when I see a call coming-in on my cell phone with an area code I don't recognize, I immediately nuke the call... Yup, I just strike the "END" key. (My clients are all within three area codes so (I hope!) I'm not losing any good calls.) For years now, I've been saving the rouge numbers, marking them as "junk" and setting the numbers to have a 'no ring' but it's taken-up a majority of my saved phone number slots and the 'missed call' beep is still activated so I have to strike "END" to clear the beep . Even with this tactic, it's still an endless game of whack-a-mole with ten or more calls arriving every day. I'm going to get an additional cell phone with a new number, and personally give it out only to clients and family and NEVER use the new number for a Craig's List ad. <-- I've read that that's where they're getting my unlisted cell phone number from.
Had to answer the phone as my child is ill and asleep, and I did not want the ring to wake him. Robo. Diane, wants to clean my carpets. That's so nice of her. Pressed 1, when I asked for her to repeat the name of the business she said, Carpet Master. I asked her to explain the satisfaction guarantee to me and she hung up. How will they ever get business if they hang up on me (sarcasm)?A disclaimer on Carpet Masters says, "Carpet Masters is not affiliated with any company using telephone solicitation."
