Says he was calling from Capital One Finance and said I was approved for a $8,000 loan. They would wire two deposits to my account and I have to send first month payment as collateral. When I said sure you send the money which in turn gets rejected so I’m overdrawn the amount deposited plus what I send as first month payment he hung up on me. Definitely a scammer!!!

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
